Four miles from Schaumberg's Woodfield Mall, this aging chain link has an "excellent" suburban Chicago location but "needs to be renovated" to please guests; the facility is "cosmetically challenged" ("stained carpets", "peeling paint"), and although some rooms are "ok", many have "uncomfortable" beds and other upkeep issues; the jury is deadlocked on the staff ("friendly" vs. "clueless"), and light sleepers point out that "pronounced" "traffic noise" from the three highways nearby can be "bothersome."

The staff are awesome/ the common areas are beautiful.

No continental or inexpensive breakfast.

This is very nice and clean hotel, the staff were great and the beds comfortable. It would be a great place for a meeting, reunion or any get together. They do not serve lunch there which we were not aware of but they provided a shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant and the manager himself picked us up so we would not have to wait. Noisy and stinky.

This one needs to close down. This hotel has seen better days. It is poorly located, dingy and smelly. The room we had was on the freeway side and it was noisy too.
